Bilia is implementing Moontalk’s communication solution and Advectus’ DMS system. These new systems and their integrations bring transparency to Bilia’s service processes while enhancing the customer-centricity of its business operations.
Bilia’s CFO, Antti Jantunen, emphasizes that these new solutions enable Bilia to act as a trailblazer in the automotive industry and further improve their customer experience. The integration of these systems is carried out using the Frends integration platform, ensuring a smooth transition and a controlled shift from the old system to the new one.

Bilia is adopting Moontalk’s communication solution that is seamlessly integrated into the Advectus Dealer Management System (DMS) chosen by Bilia. This enables Bilia to provide high-quality and cost-efficient services throughout the entire customer journey—from purchasing a car to maintaining it, throughout its lifecycle.
