Independent management 

In the My.Moontalk management portal, your organization’s administrators can add and manage user licenses, edit call queues and time-based routing, and listen to recordings in compliance with data protection regulations. All functions are designed to streamline your organization’s communication and improve the quality of your customer service, enabling you to make necessary changes quickly and efficiently, for example, to accommodate temporary opening hours.
