Independent management
In the My.Moontalk management portal, your organization’s administrators can add and manage user licenses, edit call queues and time-based routing, and listen to recordings in compliance with data protection regulations. All functions are designed to streamline your organization’s communication and improve the quality of your customer service, enabling you to make necessary changes quickly and efficiently, for example, to accommodate temporary opening hours.
Manage users
Add new users and edit existing ones, activate status controls, and schedule availability.
You can manage users’ virtual numbers and extensions independently.
Edit queues
Manage queue settings: how and when calls are routed to different members of the queue.
You can add new queue members and schedule time-based routing from the same view.
