How do I get the Moontalk Mobile app to my new phone?

If you change your phone, simply download the Moontalk Mobile app from your device’s app store and sign in again using your phone number. 

I want to call a customer using the company number instead of my personal mobile number. How do I do this? 

With the Moontalk Mobile app, you can choose which phone number is shown to the recipient when making a call. The outgoing caller ID can be selected in the Moontalk Mobile app settings. 

My company uses Moontalk AIRI. Can the company administrator see summaries of my personal calls? 

Summaries generated by Moontalk AIRI for personal calls are visible only to the user themselves. 

From the settings, the user can choose to automatically send summaries via integration if a matching customer record exists in the connected system. Otherwise, summaries are not shared without manual approval. 

For queue calls, all summaries are visible to other Moontalk AIRI users within the same queue. If an Moontalk AIRI integration has been implemented for the company, summaries from queue calls are automatically transferred to the customer record. 

Our company uses a call recording service. What should the company ensure from a data protection perspective? 

If a company collects personal data in any form, customers must be informed about it. 

When collecting personal data (e.g., recording and storing calls), the conversation partner must always be notified. How this is done is up to the data controller. Notification can be provided at the start of the call or earlier, for example in the agreement underpinning the customer relationship. Simply mentioning it on the website is not sufficient, as this may not reach all customers.
