Moontalk’s phone solution integrated with Automaster improves customer service and saves costs


Moontalk and Keyloop have integrated the mobile phone solution developed by Moontalk and Automaster DMS system. This uniqueintegration improves sales or after sales for dealers using Automaster, speeds up customer call handling and frees employees tohandle customer calls from anywhere.

Thanks to the integration, the dealer can handle its customer calls faster and more cost-effectively. When a customer calls, customer,car brand, model and essential vehicle service information are automatically fetched from Automaster into the service prep’s mobilephone. Even before answering the call, the dealer employee has the most relevant information about the calling customer and hervehicle immediately available. This makes it possible to serve customers better and faster. Which in turn improves the customerexperience and increases customer satisfaction towards the dealer’s services.
